Cooking Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, whisk 2 cups pancake mix, 1 tablespoon double-acting baking powder, and 1 1/2 cups water; batter should be slightly lumpy. Do not over mix. Pour batter on a lightly greased and preheated griddle; cook at 375 degrees F for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown.
Waffles: Add 2 tablespoons oil pancake mixture and water. Use preheated waffle iron and cook until steam stops for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
